Beach Life

Tomorrow friends Angela and Spencer will be getting married here on Solomons Island, Maryland. The rehearsal dinner tonight was nothing short of perfect. Scene was beautiful, good food, good people, just all around good. This picture is one from where we where. I'll be uploading plenty more after the wedding, this is just a taste....

Project 1980

I'm so stealing this idea from an email I got from Photojojo about two minutes ago. Periodically I'm going to collect pictures that depict events, people, places, things from the year I was born - 1980. Up first, the 1980 US Championship hockey team.

Playing with patterns

Trying to find some themes for me to do with my photography. One I've already started are my various pictures of coffee. The other I'm going to start is looking for repeating patterns like this one of office building.

Softball season begins

Today's daily photo brings you our mascot from the first DCI Magic softball practice of the season. Was so great to be on the field again and hitting that softball sure helped bring out some frustrations. :)

Today's daily photo comes from a bush flowering on the way to the metro every morning. I know I've photographed flowers to death, but I can't help myself. Especially after a fresh rain.

For awhile now I've been contemplating moving my blog to Wordpress so I can really start to play with all the fun plugins. I originally set it up in drupal because I thought I'd be using that more at work but I ended up using Wordpress more so ... tonight I decided to make the...
