While I'm not a die hard Southwest flyer (they only fly into Milwaukee) they consistently impress me with their use of social media. Not only is their Twitter account informational and funny the way they rolled out their latest ad campaign should be a case study of how it should be done. Yes, they put the actual commercials on YouTube, but also shot video of behind the scenes of how the commercials were made and put up some that were left on the cutting room floor, including this one titled "Your Mom Called, It's On!"
