Wednesday's photo comes from a lamp shade at the Capitol Lounge in Washington, DC. Capitol Lounge was once my DC version of cheers. Back in 2005 and 2006 I could go in there any night and would probably know at least one person. But after the fire they had around that time and some new ownership it's changed. I get the same feeling I do when I go back to Madison - the old hang outs just aren't the same. Now the lounge is trying to be more high class and brings in a totally different crowd. Still it's nice to go back now and then. Don't Tread On Me (6/365)
