I came across this forest at the National Arboretum and I immediately got giddy. Just reminded me of a fairy tale forest. When you got inside the blossoms were falling and oh how I wished I had a bride or someone to photograph as a subject inside this forest. So many possibilities. It was just me though - shocking given how many people were looking at blossoms at the tidal basin - so this is what I came up with. In hindsight I kind of wish I had done some self portraits, but I was so enthralled with the forest and experience and taking pictures that I didn't think of it.
