In honor of Toy Story 3 coming out today I’m posting a picture I took of Woody at Magic Kingdom. PS: That’s the Harbath/Mueller family in those smashing red t-shirts on the other side. I got stuck on the other side of the street taking photos when the parade started.
I have a nighttime shot coming from this angle too at the Magic Kingdom. This is from one of those handy Kodak Photo Spot signs that Disney has throughout its parks. They’re very handy when you want to get that obligatory postcard shot.
This is an HDR image from Japan in Epcot across the lagoon with Spaceship Earth in the background. Thunderstorms rolling through Florida that day made for some amazing clouds this day. Nothing against my family, but I wish I had had more time to spend taking HDR shots and not trying to keep up with...
Outside of the Rain Forest Cafe they had three or four parrots hanging out for folks to look at. Awesome opportunity to get some up close shots.
We didn’t eat at the new T-Rex restaurant at Downtown Disney this time around, but next time I’m sure we’ll give it a try. It looked really cool. This friendly chap was standing guard outside.
One of the things I was most looking forward to at Disney World was the safari ride at Animal Kingdom. They do not make it easy though for photogs. They don’t stop at all and the road is very very bumpy. Still I got a few I like. Lots more to come – I am...
I really hate it when the Flamingo’s hold up traffic.
Vintage neon tickets sign at the House of Blues in Downtown Disney. After hearing the horror stories of William Beem and Trey Ratcliff I didn’t dare try bringing a tripod there.
A killer whale sprays water on the audience during a show at Sea World.
This is the large Tree of Life in the middle of Animal Kingdom at Disney World.
I’ve been to Planet Hollywood in Downtown Disney a whole bunch of times, never saw Jenny’s Boat from Forrest Gump parked along the one side near Pleasure Island. I was kind of psyched because not only do I love the movie but I knew it’d make a great photo too.
