Today is a very sad day. Tim Russert, host of Meet The Press, died today from a heart attack. My prayers are with his family.

Update: For the last 5 plus years my Sunday's have always started with Tim Russert, the paper and coffee. I can't believe that last weekend was the last time I saw him. A personal story though that I just remembered. When he came out with his book, Big Russ and Me, I bought it and was so moved after reading it that I emailed him. I don't do that so often. I got an email back, I don't know if it was from him or someone working for him, but I appreciated it regardless. The next year I was then given the opportunity to submit a story for his next book on Fathers. I did submit something, but it wasn't chosen. I just really liked how he approached all of it. He was extremely kind and he was just so down to earth. He made for a great journalist.
