Thanks to Jeff for passing this story in the WaPo along today, "The Accelerating Odds Of Getting Thrown Under a Bus on the Campaign Trail." Anyone who's been on or a part of a campaign will relate to this proverbial road kill story. Though, the author covers the very visible, top-line people who have become speedbumps on the way to election day, and why we shouldn't use the phrase thrown under the bus, I think an interesting angle for someone to take would be the non-visible, throwings-under-the-bus staffers sometimes get by either fellow staffers or the candidates. Not that I know anything about that.
